Recently had a cooker delivered and unfortunately the one that was delivered was faulty. However express appliances scheduled a service call within the same week, and after checking that the cooker couldn't be repaired, the service guys, brought in a new cooker and replaced it honestly couldn't be happier with the service I've received, and would recommend to anyone who is looking to rent an appliance.

Upon the application being received there was no problem at all everything went smoothly I was informed not even 24 hours later that my application was successful and my new tele was even delivered early fantastic products and customer service

Im autistic and bpd so I struggle when dealing with people but there really nice there very patient I have been with them for a few years even though ur renting the plus is when things brake there are no questions asked e.g last week my fridge broke I had it for 2 years and now they took it and gave me a brand new one

Excellent service, the only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars was that the washing machine didnt came with a manual or guide. ... So trying to figure out settings ect has been a bit of a pain
