From start to finish was great customer service. Delivery drivers were great brought items in made sure were in right place and even though they had finished for the day offered to take away old item. They were kind polite and friendly cannot fault them or this company.

I ordered a TV, once approved it arrived in just a couple of days. Unfortunately I was in hospital and couldn't inform them. DHL attempted 5 deliveries. I was home on the 5th day but they,DHL, said the TV had to be returned to sender.I was really disappointed, so I called customer care and they arranged another direct delivery.Sadly the screen was all cracked when unboxed. I emailed Express Appliances and got same day reply requesting photos of damage and in 3 days recieved a replacement. I was emailed and kept informed of progress up to delivery. Emails I sent were usually replied to on same day.From my experience I'd thoroughly recommend them.
