My tv arrived quickly but sadly the screen inside was broken I contacted them and sent pictures.Within an hour a replacement was dispatched. Connot fault the staff so helpful and efficient. Highly recommend this company

I ordered a chest freezer was helped with dimensions to see if it would fit where I needed but this was because they had it in stock and knew the dimensions, its understandable dimensions yo other products may not be available due to being reconditioned.Great customer service. The lady I spoke with on the phone remembered me...sorry I'm terrible with names so can't remember hers.Delivered promptly in great conditionThe whole process was so smooth I'm looking at hiring a tumble drier too

Was kept up to date with how tge delivery was progressing. Turned up on time.Disconected my old broken machine and took it away fitted my new one put it on a 90% wash cycle empty and then sorted out the payment.Very quick transaction and good service from Dale and Dale. Many thanks.
