The whole process was straightforward...and the product was delivered on the date arranged. ..the delivery went smoothly and the workmen installed the machine and gave me all the revelent information...they where polite...helpful and efficient

Arrived on time nice delivery people. The only thing I got issues with is the washing machine drawer is loose and make it really noisy when spinning also a horrible smell in the drum still there but have to wait so long for an engineer visit
