I rented a cooker, the gentlemen who came to Install it were polite down to earth guys. Told me everything they were doing to install the appliance and showed me how everything works on, told me about the guarantee that comes with and what I had to do if it breaks down... Excellent customer service guys. Now I'm looking at renting more items

Excellent service, the only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars was that the washing machine didnt came with a manual or guide. ... So trying to figure out settings ect has been a bit of a pain
