Very quick and easy process all done online in a matter of minutes, what I liked most was is that you can order your item and then pay the first installment on delivery plus a small charge witch u can by card the two gentlemen that delivered my item was extremely friendly. I will definately be using this company in the future.

Excellent service, the only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars was that the washing machine didnt came with a manual or guide. ... So trying to figure out settings ect has been a bit of a pain

It was my first time using express appliances and would definitely recommend them to anyone I know. Matt and Callum who delivered and installed my appliances were lovely friendly guys. Matt and Callum were knowledgeable and helpful in everything I asked about. Would highly recommend using them for your selfs.

Hassle free delivery!! Aaron and Chris delivered my fridge freezer today and provided an excellent level of service from start to finish. They kept me fully informed when appointments were running behind, which I really appreciated. Both were extremely friendly, very polite, and a genuine credit to the organisation. The delivery was smooth and stressfree, and their attitude made a big difference. I would definitely recommend this company based on the outstanding service provided by these two.

What can I sayExcellent firm, items delivered by polite guys who are happy and chatty, eager to help and all round wonderful.Had an issue rang the company and someone came round a week later and gave me advice on my dishwasher I live in a hard water area sadly all.problems dealt with promptly and any questions answered.Now have a dishwasher, washing machine and 1 chest freezer.Had to change bank account for direct debit, it was soooooo easy once I rang them and sorted within minutes.A* company!
