I've had a great experience with Express appliances. The customer service is very good. Rang and messaged to tell me an exact delivery time. The delivery driver was helpful with bringing the TV up the stairs. Reasonable weekly repayments. Very happy customer

I've rented an appliance with Express Alliances. The fridge has developed a fault and the lady who's been dealing with my case is called Vicky and she's been an absolute delight. An exemplary model of customer service. My issue really is with DHL turning up to my property without prior notice when I happen to be at work. Vicky has been very considered and helpful. She gave me a lovely peace offering that was unprompted and unexpected on my part. If all my dealings with customer service agents of other companies were as fruitful and professional as they have been with Vicky I'd have fewer grey hairs! Looking forward to this issue getting resolved, and as I say it is with a third party courier and not Express Alliances.

Arrived on time nice delivery people. The only thing I got issues with is the washing machine drawer is loose and make it really noisy when spinning also a horrible smell in the drum still there but have to wait so long for an engineer visit
