I ordered a chest freezer was helped with dimensions to see if it would fit where I needed but this was because they had it in stock and knew the dimensions, its understandable dimensions yo other products may not be available due to being reconditioned.Great customer service. The lady I spoke with on the phone remembered me...sorry I'm terrible with names so can't remember hers.Delivered promptly in great conditionThe whole process was so smooth I'm looking at hiring a tumble drier too

Fantastic company! As a single mum to 6 kids, you can imagine my panic when my washing machine broke down last month. These guys delivered in a few days, had a great attitude, even when my asd child was all in the poor guys business on a busy morning before school. Genuinely lovely people. I now need a new dishwasher today and wouldnt go anywhere else. Been a pleasure and stress free experience.Thank you again.

I had to rent a fridge freezer and a chest freezer while I saved up to get my own and express appliances have been a great help, even when the fridge broke down they replaced it the same week with no hesitation, today I had the two lovely guys Matt Chris come and collect them for me, they arrived at the exact time they stated and was in and out very quickly and professionally, thanks guyshighly recommended
