I have been with express appliances for over a year now and have had a really good experience. Great customer service and friendly. Only downside for me is that because of the area Im in Im not able to rent the big appliances such as cooker or fridges because there is no delivery in my catchment area, I am hoping one day it becomes available in my area, but I am able to rent smaller items such as phones, lap tops and some tvs and overall have had a good experience and will definitely recommend to others

I ordered a chest freezer was helped with dimensions to see if it would fit where I needed but this was because they had it in stock and knew the dimensions, its understandable dimensions yo other products may not be available due to being reconditioned.Great customer service. The lady I spoke with on the phone remembered me...sorry I'm terrible with names so can't remember hers.Delivered promptly in great conditionThe whole process was so smooth I'm looking at hiring a tumble drier too

First derlivery we come in to a little issue about why they couldn't fit a certain oven size e.g but i must say, they resolved it with in that week, i now have a lovley oven and there customer service was really well done, 2 very polite funny men come and was quick simple and easy very recommended
