Very quick and easy process all done online in a matter of minutes, what I liked most was is that you can order your item and then pay the first installment on delivery plus a small charge witch u can by card the two gentlemen that delivered my item was extremely friendly. I ordered a chest freezer was helped with dimensions to see if it would fit where I needed but this was because they had it in stock and knew the dimensions, its understandable dimensions yo other products may not be available due to being reconditioned.Great customer service. The lady I spoke with on the phone remembered me...sorry I'm terrible with names so can't remember hers.Delivered promptly in great conditionThe whole process was so smooth I'm looking at hiring a tumble drier too

Well. Where do I start!.. We had Matt and Leon deliver our cooker. They were amazing and Matt was quite the comedian. He out did myself lol! The poor lads. Had to carry my cooker up 6 flights of stairs and boy they both did well. Strong strapping lads, il be asking the again when I order a tumble dryer haha.
