My Chromebook does not connect to the Wi-Fi My Chromebook is very slow

If your Chromebook is running slow, please try either of the below fixes:

Restart Device:

Press and hold the power button, on the pop up select power off, then when the device has shut down press the power button again to turn it back on.

Check for system update:

Locate and click the system clock in the bottom right corner of the screen, locate and click the gear icon that shows in the pop up window to access the devices settings, choose about Chrome OS then Check for Updates.

If neither of the above fixes the issue, you can use the Chromebooks built-in diagnostics application, to access this, open the launcher button at the bottom left of the scren and type in "Diagnostics" the suggested app should show a heart monitor line. Click this and follow the onscreen instructions to diagnose any issues with your Chromebook.
