Tablet won't turn on
To enter safe mode, press the “Power” button until you see the Samsung logo. Then, release the button and press the “Volume Down” key. If your device is working fine in safe mode, delete recently installed third-party apps from the device to fix the Samsung tablet is frozen issue.
Take a backup of your device first. To factory reset, press the “Power”, “Home”, and “Volume Down” keys -> Select “wipe data/factory reset” option. When the resetting process is complete, the system will automatically reboot.
