You will need to check the filter at the bottom right of the machine, to do so please pull the machine out of its cavity and lean it back to around 45 degrees, get yourself some towels and a bucket/bowl to catch the water that will spill out, and put these items under the right side of the machine. Locate the filter and turn it anti-clockwise, you may feel some resistence so please be gentle. Once you have removed the filter you will need to look inside the cavity and see if there are any obvious obstructions, please remove everything you can, also while you are in this area please take a look at the impeller at the rear of the hole, ensuring that it is free from obstruction and moves freely. Once you have done all of this, replace the filter in the reverese order as above, put the machine back onto all four feet, then check it drains accordingly.
