Which brand is the faulty Washing Machine?

This error indicates an issue with the pump, to check if there is anything blocked inside please follow these instructions:

1. switch off machine,

2. lean machine backwards (do not lay down)

3. Open the circular flap at the bottom right of the machine, unscrew the filter cap (anti-clockwise)

4. Check inside the cavity for anything that may be preventing the impeller from working, and remove

5. Repeat steps 3, 2 and 1 in reverse order to put the machine back together.

6. Test the machine by filling it with water then draining it.

If this issue continues then it may indicate a pump issue, this will require an engineer to investigate.
